These may be the most "European ethnic" municipalities in the US.  How did they vote?

They apparently have an unusually high number of people actually born in Europe, and that may or may not render them more "ethnic" than other heavily non-WASP places.

Norwood Park Township, which covers them both plus a speck of Park Ridge, voted for Clinton by 3 points in 2016, and the 2020 data is not on Atlas yet. I don't know anything else.

In Norridge, 27% are European-born.  15% born in Poland, 5% born in Italy, 1.5% each in Albania and Greece.

It would be interesting to see how Trump did amongst European born.  My guess is Biden overall won this group, but it was probably fairly close.  Also a lot would depend on when they came and what part of Europe.  I think for example a Brit who moved to US as an adult probably voted for Biden, but someone from Eastern Europe where many European born come from might have gone for Trump.

Unlike the other Great Lakes cities with a large Polish American population, Chicago still has a large Polish immigrant population.  The old Polish American neighborhoods and adjacent inner suburbs of Cook County are heavily immigrant, which I suspect give them a very different character than say Parma or Cheektowaga.

That sounds about right.

There's a difference between the cosmopolitan liberals and working class ethnics.
