One question: is there the possibility to add custom electoral votes in the future (not winner-takes-it-all but manual or proportional EV attribution) to make the maps more usable for primary elections/predictions or for future / alt-history elections with proportional electoral votes? That's the only feature i think that I would absolutely love!

I had actually started work on that for this update but eventually realized it was a lot more work than I had anticipated, so I have pushed it back to the next major update. In other words, it'll be added at some point.
