With 6 Ayes and 2 Nays, this bill has enough votes to pass.  Senators have 24 hours to change their votes.

I sincerely hope this gets stalled (I know it won't) until Friday.  I believe after all that we've done having free trade with a country like Oman is slapping humanity in the face.  Even considering allowing free trade in such a place that has such disdain for human beings is a moral offense.  We have enough free trade to lower consumer prices, adding Oman is simply wrong.  I truly hope that the Senate will finally reject a free trade bill.

So you wan't to punish Omanis for the actions of theri government and doom them to poverty? Just the kind of thing you'd expect from a liberal poorhater.
