I'd say one of the counties like Oneida County, ID where George Wallace, John Schmitz, Bo Gritz, performed very well and where the Constitution Party usually does better than usual too.

There are also parts of Pottawatomie County, KS (St. Marys) where a traditionalist Catholic community known as SSPX vaulted Pat Buchanan into second place over Al Gore.
