Probably Tish James, but if not then some other NYC Democratic establishment-backed politician (i.e. not someone like De Blasio, Biaggi, or AOC).

I think Cuomo will stick it out. Right now is probably the peak of anti-Cuomo sentiment, and he can't be forced to resign. If he simply refuses to resign he could be in a much better position in a few months as people forget.
