I would support a constitutional amendment that limits campaign finance to where you vote. For example, I as a voting citizen of Indiana can donate to Indiana candidates, but if "money is speech", I am not sure why I should be allowed to donate money to candidates running for Ohio state office seeing as I cannot vote in Ohio.
