Presumably Joe Manchin given that he's much better than the realistic alternatives for his state. Kyrsten Sinema doesn't really stand out from that point of view.

Manchin *vomits* since at least he probably actually is somewhat of a conservadem, while Sinema is very clearly putting on an act to win votes.

Manchin, as he is as liberal as he can get away with being in his state, whereas Sinema really overdoes it on the “moderate” credentials.

Between the two, I'm ideologically closer to Sinema. But Manchin is about as far-left as he can get away with being, whereas I think Sinema could move to the left a bit more.
