Looks like Biden has flipped Talbot County, what is happening there as very rural and white so seems like it would be a GOP stronghold.

Trump's raw vote stayed almost the same from 2016, seems Biden just picked up almost all the 2016 third party and first time voters

I went on a vacation there this summer while it's rural it also has some urban areas.

It's a tourist county. Easton and Saint Michaels get tons of D.C. weekenders for old colonial charm and nearby Chesapeake Bay. It's more affluent as a result.
