I was assuming he would campaign and take the race seriously. If he had, he would've gotten 4-5% of the vote.

Nah, nobody likes Kanye or takes him seriously. Even if he had taken it seriously, the voters wouldn't have.

Yes. We were proven wrong about a lot with this election, but noting how irrelevant his campaign was did manage to age pretty well as a take.
