Not sure what planet "UWS" is posting from but Donna Shalala, who is 79 years old, was not a "potential Dem rival" for the US Senate in 2022.

Hurricane Donna knows no age

Yeah, why would she run when she can just wallow in all of their grift money like the rest of the family?

There are 9 magic letters that will sink her bid before it gets off the ground.

LMAO at even the mere implication that a Corrine Brown run is even remotely possible.

Trump endorsed Rubio today. So at least we can completely rule out the possibility of an Ivanka primary challenge.

That explains the loud sigh of relief that everybody within a 30-mile radius of SFL just heard Tongue

Sounds like Democrats will be uniting behind Val Demings for 2022. I hope Murphy runs against Rick Scott in 2024. She seemed to hint at a 2024 Senate run in a video announcing her decision:

Interesting that she didn't announce her reelection plans - just that she plans to spend '22 helping rebuild the party. I assume she's waiting to see what her district will look like, but hopefully she runs for House this year.

The above-linked Politico article says that she's indeed seeking re-election to the House.

I'm honestly undecided between her & Russell in the primary, & I'm interested to see more of what he may - or, more likely, may not - have to offer, but it's not like that actually matters, since she'll obviously be comfortably winning it anyway. In any event, it's not like she actually stands a chance in the general, but she'll still have my vote there too.
