Calling an execution murder is like calling a fine theft.

No it isn't because you just consent to a fine, unlike thievery.   Not consenting lands you in prison, but they don't take your money.

I see. So if someone comes up to you and says, "Give me all your money, or I'll lock you up!" he isn't stealing from you.

I am personally no fan of the 8th ammendment. When you have a murderer on your hands, how can you look at him and think to yourself: "I don't want to do anything cruel and unusual".

Though I will say, the lethal injection is ineffective and to expensive. What ever happened to the firing squad? Or just tieing them up and beating the hell out of him? What costs more, all of the chemicals that go into lethal injection? or 3 angry prison gaurds with clubs?

Cruel and unusual my ass. Murder is cruel and unusual, child molestation is cruel and unusual.
Finally someone who agrees with me!

I agree, too!!
