33K Ballots left to count "Countywide" in LA County.

How many are from CA-25? If there are let's say 5000 then Smith has a chance. Are we in for a big surprise Monday Evening?

Doesn't CA-25 have only about 5% of the county's population?

Looks like it's a little under 8%, so at most they might have around 2600 uncounted ballots in CA-25. Also we're not sure about Ventura, which is smaller but where Garcia has been getting much stronger numbers.

there are around 10 million people in Los Angeles County.  Is the 25th district entirely in Los Angeles County?

No, CA-25 includes a portion of Ventura County, which is more Republican than Los Angeles County-both in general, and with regards to this district.

LMFAO, guys check it out, Mahoning county is an exact tie in the congressional vote, 57,536 gop to 57,536 dem

What an end to an era. Mahoning county itself has not posted the certified results, and show counts slightly beneath these, but the Ohio sos has already published them with the exact same numbers as the NYT

Inside the Clinton County, Iowa (Rita Harts Home County) Recount where they still have 6,000 Ballots to recount in the tight IA-2 Race. Thus far Hart picked up 1 Vote.

Clinton County finished their recount today. I believe this is the last county to finish their recount, and it ends with Miller-Meeks having a 6 vote lead in IA-02. The state is set to certify results on Monday:

I wonder, does this spell the end of the IA-02 race, or will Hart bring this to court?

So any chance of a do-over election in IA-02 or NY-22?

Yes, see NC-9. And in NY-22 I deem it highly likely that this will happen.

Will it be with Tenney again or will she be dumped like Mark Harris was?

Well, NC-09 was because of fraud from the Harris campaign. There's no evidence of fraud in NY-22. And if they do a revote, hopefully local Republicans find someone stronger than Tenney. I find it hard to believe that there's no one out there.

Maybe someone from the Assembly?

Unfortunately for Hart, there's really nothing for her to litigate. The only point of contention in Scott County already went in her favor. And the courts in Iowa will not be so friendly either.

I don't see how Hart can overturn this through the Courts! There wasn't any fraud or messing up Absentee Ballots in this Race. She already netted 26 out of Scott County.

Once a recount is finalized are there any additional legal options to conduct a new recount? Or is this going to stand in IA-2?

Also when does NY-22 finalize results / presumably start their own recount?
