These polls aren't showing the massive suburban swing to Biden in these districts as Cook and Sabato have predicted.

Yep.. but Obama carried the district by 11 points. lol.
Redistricting/gerrymandering . The current version is Mccain +4 or so. The one in Wikipedia shows the old district where most of Cinci was kept whole.

Turnout disparities are probably a bit bad for the Ds here due to a lot of GOP suburbanites/exurbanites. Still its a bit more black.
