Trump +4 in 2016, DeSantis +1 in 2018. SD-9 covers Seminole County and southern Volusia County.

Trump isn't making up enough ground in Miami-Dade to offset swings like this elsewhere. It'll be close, but Biden's still favored.

Trump won't be even gaining that much in Miami. I expect best case scenario for Trump in Miami Dade is 58-41 Biden and even that's very unlikely. I expect miami dade to be 62-37 Biden, which won't be enough if Trump loses ground elsewhere
