Reynolds is very popular and she will beat any candidate in a Biden midterm aside from JD Scholten that's why Iowa is very much a swing state it still have Democratic populism, she only beat Hubbard by 3. No I don't think DeSantis or Kemp loses in a Biden midterm than Reynolds. Scott, DeSantis, Rubio are much more popular than Trump in FL and GA reelects all of its R Govs
