Used to be almost everyday, now it's more like twice a week.

Seven and a half more months and I'll be able to. But I don't even plan to once I am old enough.

Almost never. I say "almost" because sometimes I am willing to try an alcoholic beverage but I usually don't drink more than a couple of sips. I just don't like the taste of alcohol and am a severe lightweight.

I didn't realize there were people who let the drinking age stop them from drinking.

Voted for the last option, though it definitely doesn't describe my habits, lol.  From time to time, we go out for happy hour beers or a weeknight dinner (with drinks) on nights my girlfriend doesn't have to work, but I would imagine these are my "usual" drinking habits if my girlfriend has any given day off:

Monday: One glass of wine, sometimes nothing
Tuesday-Thursday: One to three glasses of wine
Friday: Definitely three to four glasses of wine with a casual dinner and a pre-dinner cocktail if we go out
Saturday: Beer with lunch, casual happy hour drinking, potential for excessive binge drinking if there is something going on
Sunday: Rarely anything, unless we go to brunch or something

Overall, I would say I average drinking about six days per week?  This past week, as I was on "vacation," the totals were exponentially higher than usual.

7 months before legal age of drinking was when I hit the pubs hard and drank the most in my life. After I turned 18 (legal age in Australia), my drinking dropped 90%.

Not nearly as much as I did in college.

Senior year I would get drunk every weekend. Now I'll have maybe one cider every two weeks.

Imagine drinking more as a senior than as an underclassman.

Several times a week. I try not to every single day, but maybe four times a week or so. Sometimes less, sometimes more often. Mostly a beer after dinner, vine or liquor on occasion.

That being said, my alcohol consumption has slightly gone up since the pandemic started.

Every night of the week. I will only not drink booze if I don't have the money.

I drank more when I was 17 or 18 than I ever have since turning 21. I was basically a binge drinker in high school. Now I might have a beer a month. Before the pandemic hit it was probably a beer a week but I only drink socially so that's kinda gone away.

Amongst us who do, I doubt many intend to drink after. It’s rather odd to me that people can justify breaking a law without advocating changing the law.

In Canada the drinking age is 19, so college students can legally drink for most of their college years. In the US, college students can't do it until their senior year at 21, or never if they are born later on in the year.

Very rarely, and haven't had any since about mid-2017 (mainly as I had some stockpiled if Hurricane Irma knocked out power.)

Monday-Thursday: Generally ban myself from alcohol unless a special occasion (birthday party, holiday etc.)
Friday: If I'm going out
Saturday: Usually get plastered here
Sunday: Depends on how I'm feeling and what Monday is like

I average about ten drinks a week across 5-6 days of alcohol consumption.

I mean, wine for communion would technically count? (Even if that is only a technicality)

Most evangelical churches use grape juice when we do communion (which is an irregular practice to begin with)

I haven't seen wine (or any liquid) used for communion in several years, and my church is otherwise extremely traditional (seems more common in New Suburbs from what I have noticed). The practice is so unsanitary.

For my first communion, I stubbornly refused and just faked it. One time several years later when I was in the front row, I watched carefully and slightly turned the chalice to get a non-germ-infested side, foolishly thinking that would be sufficient. I suppose I may have 'sipped' then.

I avoid the health concerns of drinking communion wine by pre-drinking before church.

I usually have a beer or two every night along with dinner. Usually Franziskaner or Weihenstephaner wheat beer. Good calories, great taste, improves tolerance, helps me sleep.

Over the past three years, I've developed a taste for Swedish punsch (type of rum). Favorite brand that is available in the United States and Europe is Kronan. It's sweet and spicy with a tingle as it goes down, a shot every now and then is just as good as a mixed cocktail.

I've recently taken to having a glass or 2 of red every night.

There is no appropriate answer here for me, as I drink far more than twice on Sundays.
