Several times a week. I try not to every single day, but maybe four times a week or so. Sometimes less, sometimes more often. Mostly a beer after dinner, vine or liquor on occasion.

That being said, my alcohol consumption has slightly gone up since the pandemic started.

I haven't had a drink since January 2019. It was the first time I ever got truly sh!tfaced drunk and it wasn't fun. I overestimated how much I could handle.

All things considered I prefer to stick to weed as my "vice".

Seven days a week and twice on Sundays (although realistically it’s more like twice on Saturdays) uhhhhh I probably should cut back.

Voted for the last option, though it definitely doesn't describe my habits, lol.  From time to time, we go out for happy hour beers or a weeknight dinner (with drinks) on nights my girlfriend doesn't have to work, but I would imagine these are my "usual" drinking habits if my girlfriend has any given day off:

Monday: One glass of wine, sometimes nothing
Tuesday-Thursday: One to three glasses of wine
Friday: Definitely three to four glasses of wine with a casual dinner and a pre-dinner cocktail if we go out
Saturday: Beer with lunch, casual happy hour drinking, potential for excessive binge drinking if there is something going on
Sunday: Rarely anything, unless we go to brunch or something

Overall, I would say I average drinking about six days per week?  This past week, as I was on "vacation," the totals were exponentially higher than usual.
