Hillary won it by 3.5 in 2016. I expect Biden to exceed that, and possibly double it.

Luzerne County would make for a better poll, as it was an Obama-Trump county.

Oh I agree. In fact I think it goes R in 2024. Just given the circumstances this year, Trump was not going to flip it.
