If the urban/rural divide is as stark as last time, I fear for our country. I find that it is clear that Trump has a very energized base (I know, not as much as the Democrats), but I do not think we have had such a rabid fanbase that worships a nominee as Trump lose. How are they going to react to his potential loss? How will their views of America, Texas (if Biden wins there), and the world change if he loses? His fans truly believe with all their heart that he is winning Tuesday, and may become awestruck if he loses. (Like us Hillary supporters last election). Will they exclaim that "America is lost"?

I had no hope for the U.S.A. if Obama was re-elected. I had no illusions about Romney and the GOP when it comes to a continuation of crony capitalism with nothing more than a shift as to whom the cronies would be who would benefit, taking care of the corporate high rollers at everyone else expense, and a continuation of casino gambling high risk investments with even less restraints. I knew how ominous a second term of Obama would be, at least with Romney there was a very slim hope that he might do a few things right that might require everyone to come together and share in the pain of saving this nation. A slim hope was better than no hope at all.

Look, the botton line is that this country is a piece of ****. I've spent 24 months in Iraq defending what I thougtht was the country of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. But that counry is gone. We gave it away because of white guilt. We were guilty and ashamed of our success, and this is the result. I'm not here to blow smoke up your ass, but to speak the truth.

The Catholic Church, most Protestant Christian sects, and most Orthodox Christian sects are one the official religion of the cult of MAGA in my opinion. Because those European counties that I mentioned are overwhelmingly Catholic, MAGA cult members would fit in well there at least during the times of daily mass.
