Can we get on-hover vote totals for states?

For county maps, hovering over each county shows vote percentages and the total votes cast in said county (though as a side-note, I can't say I am too pleased with the county hover changes that only show to the tenth rather than the hundredth now).



Can we get this feature for state maps as well?

For most counties, providing the hundredth of a percentage point is excessive precision.
