LoL: it was sent from this specific account, v.pozharskyi.ukraine@gmail.com, known to have been used by Vadym Pozharskyi, a Burisma board member.

I imagine the Canadian PM uses j.trudeau.canada@gmail.com as well.

That's the entire point. Trump's campaign is stuck in the mentality that the more they promote any association of the Bidens with corruption, the more that lean Biden voters will stay home. They're completely delusional and it's clearly not having literally any impact.
Maybe that strategy could work if their candidate wasn't one of the most corrupt Presidents in history.
