so so many of the undecideds are in the Ind/Unaffiliated part of the poll.

Ds: 87-4 Biden (8% undecided)
Rs: 70-19 Trump (9% undecided)

Is: 44-24 Biden (30% undecided)
Us: 35-20 Biden (39% undecided)

I suspect any sort of skimming of the sample into a RV or LV sample removes a bunch of the Independents/Undecideds.
