Changes with October 9-13
October 23-27
1034 likely voters
MoE: 3.7%

Cunningham 46% (+5)
Tillis 43% (+6)
Bray (L) 2% (-2)
Hayes (C) 1% (-2)
Not voting for US Senate 2% (+1)
Someone else 0% (n/c)
Don't know/refused 6% (-9)

This is the second of today's NC polls showing a slight uptick (perhaps noise, but perhaps not) in the number of voters opting not to vote on the Senate race.

Still high # of undecideds but Cal has hung onto his lead pretty much from the poll going from like 20% undecided/other to 10%

Tillis seems to have a hard 43-45% ceiling in all credible polling.

As I've mentioned on this board before, incumbents are far more likely to have polling ceilings that challengers/candidates in open seats.

I think whichever party wins the state at the presidential level wins the senate race.

Cunningham still has better favorability than Tillis in this poll. I think its clear that the scandal thing didn't end him.
