Georgia wasn't called till 11 30 pm or 12 am est even after Florida, NC which were narrower or after Ohio and Iowa where he supposedly had a stronger chance of winning pre election day. Are the vote tabulations slow there? Or did it seem like Clinton could win there until it was obvious she couldnt

Takes forever for Atlanta to come in.
