The same poll has Cunningham up 3. Looking like a photo finish here, though fortunately NC counts its ballots pretty quickly, so we'll probably at least have a good idea who's winning here on Election Night.

The final trendline with Biden going up is for sure good news. NC will in all likelyhood be the closest or 2nd closest state, particulary by raw votes.

With the exception of the August survey, yes. None of their surveys in 2019 or beforehand showed Biden leading.
