Biden being gaffe prone would hurt him a lot more in 2004 than it does now and I doubt  Biden gets as big of a Debate win as Kerry did(still thinks he win but not as much) so I think Bush gets reelected by slightly over 5 points

Biden probably wins the popular vote, and he's better positioned to win Ohio, and with it the election than Kerry was.



Joe Biden/Hillary Clinton 49% 272 EV
