The top three vote-getters win seats. Each voter gets to pick three candidates so results are supposed to sum to 200% as opposed to 100%. All three of these seats are Republican-held and the Commission also has one Democrat and one Republican not up for election this cycle.

I see on Wiki that the current Commission is 4-1 GOP.
Bob Burns is termed out, while Boyd Dunn was removed from the ballot for signature forgery.
However I don't see Justin Olson in the poll, despite his youth: has he left?

What are the practical implications if the Commission flips 3-2 to the Democrats?
