PPP literally *always* has a thumb on the scale for Dem candidates. Why is that stupid to say?
One of the modelers (either Silver or Morris) estimated that PPP's house effect is D+2 or 3. That seems very realistic to me.
I don't know when that happened but I remember than in 2012 they leaned Republican. Overall they have been around more than a decade and have a proven track record, unlike Trafalgar.
