PPP literally *always* has a thumb on the scale for Dem candidates. Why is that stupid to say?

Maybe they're better for this cycle and maybe I'm wrong. I just recall being utterly let down by their polling since at least 2014. Plus how is it believable that Bullock is performing a mere 3 points better than Biden?!
