It's very irritating that in their 2016 vote history they have "other/did not vote" at 9%. So it assumes that there are going to be only around 5% new voters in this election, when we already know for sure this number is going to be around 25% or more in NC per https://electproject.github.io/Early-Vote-2020G/NC.html
