Hogan approval: 73/23 (+50)

Favorabilities:
Biden - 60/32 (+28)
Trump - 30/63 (-33)

Was Clinton +26 in 2016. I'm glad to see Biden's national popular vote advantage might not be 100% coming from huge gains in super-safe blue states.

Imagine how a Republican has 87% approval with blacks, 76% with women and 69% with under 40. There is a different path - it's fair to say he may be my favorite sitting politician anywhere. What an amazing man.

Maryland is pretty polarized and already had very Democratic suburbs, so not much room to gain.

I do think MD will have a Republican trend this time, and yeah, Hogan's numbers are really, really impressive given how inflexible the D base is in this state.
