She certainly can, and if Biden does win Colorado by the margins polls have indicated, I believe he will carry her over the finish line. I can't tell you how many ads I've seen in this race over the past few months. This is the only truly competitive race in Colorado this year, since Democrats are a lock to win the state's electoral votes and Senate seat, and all other congressional districts are either Safe D or Safe R.
