Joe Kennedy lost but in MA to heat Markey it would have taken a normal political Environment to beat Market. Joe Kennedy was leading in the Suffolk polls by 7 before Covid hit, phone banking and donations were pouring in just like Bullock. Then, when Covid hit the funds came into Markey.
