Assuming Hillary doesn't run in 2016, she probably doesn't run in 2020 either.

If she did, she'd be trailing in the polls, but she'd have a decent shot at winning the electoral college, without winning the popular vote.

Hillary Clinton/Kamala Harris 45% 278 EV
Donald Trump/Mike Pence 46% 260 EV
Green Party 7%

...No.

2016

Vice President Joe Biden (D-DE) / Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY)
Businessman Donald Trump (R-NY) / Governor Mike Pence (R-IN) ✓

2020

President Donald Trump (R-FL) / Vice President Mike Pence (R-IN)
Fmr. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (D-NY) / Fmr. Governor Deval Patrick (D-MA) ✓

Or whatever Biden's map ends up being.

Yeah no, Biden would have won easily in 2016.
