I've voted for every Republican nominee since I started voting in 2014 except for Bill Haslam that year (I strategically abstained in that election due to a quirk with how amendments were processed).  When I lived in Davidson County, I would cast write-ins for the races that had Democrats running unopposed.

Ballot Initiative Votes:
2014 Amendment One (no right to abortion): Yes
2014 Amendment Two (enshrining the way judges were appointed, don't remember it well): Yes
2014 Amendment Three (income tax unconstitutional): Yes
2014 Amendment Four (allow veterans organizations to have gambling): Yes (would consider abstaining today depending on the exact wording)
Think there was also some wine in grocery stores in Nashville in 2014.  I voted yes, but probably would abstain today.
2018 Nashville Transit Referendum (lived in Davidson until late 2018): No

Mayoral Election Votes:
2015 Nashville: David Fox
2019 Franklin: Ken Moore

Contested Republican Primary Votes:
2016 President: Marco Rubio
2018 Governor: Bill Lee
2020 Senate: Manny Sethi
