As far back as I can remember, i'm doing statewide and federal races. You can include state local offices if you want, I honestly can't remember most of them but virtually all have been Democrats.

2002:
Governor
Donald Carcieri (only time I've voted for a Republican sincerely as far as I can remember)
Congress
Patrick J. Kennedy

2004:
Primary:
Howard Dean, he'd dropped out by that point and since I didn't have a strong preference among the other candidates remaining I voted for him anyway.

General:
President
Kerry-Edwards
Congress
James Langevin

2006:
Governor
Charlie Fogarty
Senator
Sheldon Whitehouse
Congress
James Langevin

2008:
Was living in Germany and didn't get my absentee ballot in time for the primary but would have voted for Obama though I initially had supported John Edwards. By the time of the general election I had moved to New York and voted for Obama, can't remember my congressional district at the time but I think my representative was Nadler.

2010:
Governor
Andrew Cuomo

Senator
Chuck Schumer

Congressman
Michael McMahon

2012:
Registered as a Republican to vote for Santorum in the primary for the lulz and partly on a dare as well.

President
Obama-Biden

Senator
Kirsten Gillibrand

Congress
Mark Murphy

2014: Back in Rhode Island, voted for Clay Pell in the gubernatorial primary. Cast a protest vote for Healey in the general as I wasn't really wild about Raimondo at the time. Voted for Jack Reed for senate and Langevin again for congress.

2016: Bernie Sanders in the primary, Hillary in the general. Straight D ticket downballot.

2018:
Governor
Raimondo

Senator
Whitehouse

Congress
Langevin

2020:
Primary
Bernie Sanders

General
Biden-Harris, Reed, Langevin

President - McMullin
TN-04 - whoever was the Democrat running against DesJarlais
Republican Presidential Primary - Rubio

2018:
Senate - Bredesen
Governor - Dean
TN-04 - whoever was the Democrat running against DesJarlais

2020:
President - Jorgensen
Senate - Faparusi
TN-06 - Whoever is the Democrat running against Rose
Republican Presidential Primary - Weld

that's about it as far as I can remember?

I've voted in two partisan elections (2018 Ontario, 2019 federal). Both votes were NDP votes, unfortunately for losing candidates.

Straight D since the first election I was old enough to be aware of (2000). I rooted for Hillary in the 2008 primaries and voted for Sanders in the 2016 and 2020 primaries.

I've voted for every Republican nominee since I started voting in 2014 except for Bill Haslam that year (I strategically abstained in that election due to a quirk with how amendments were processed).  When I lived in Davidson County, I would cast write-ins for the races that had Democrats running unopposed.

Ballot Initiative Votes:
2014 Amendment One (no right to abortion): Yes
2014 Amendment Two (enshrining the way judges were appointed, don't remember it well): Yes
2014 Amendment Three (income tax unconstitutional): Yes
2014 Amendment Four (allow veterans organizations to have gambling): Yes (would consider abstaining today depending on the exact wording)
Think there was also some wine in grocery stores in Nashville in 2014.  I voted yes, but probably would abstain today.
2018 Nashville Transit Referendum (lived in Davidson until late 2018): No

Mayoral Election Votes:
2015 Nashville: David Fox
2019 Franklin: Ken Moore

Contested Republican Primary Votes:
2016 President: Marco Rubio
2018 Governor: Bill Lee
2020 Senate: Manny Sethi

2016 General election: PSOE-NCa for Congress; Split my vote between UP and NCa for Senate.

April 2019 General Election: Straight PSOE vote

2019 Local election: NCa
2019 Island Council election: NCa
2019 Canary Islands regional election: UP
2019 European Parliament election: Compromís x Europa (coalition of Compromís, NCa and a handful of other left regionalist parties)

November 2019 General Election: Abstain (was abroad on election day, my mail ballot never arrived)

Here go some very early temptative votes for the next elections:

Next General Election: Lean CC but I could very easily also vote PSOE instead

2023 Local election: Completely undecided. I have no idea who to vote
2023 Island Council election: NCa
2023 Canary Islands regional election: PSOE

2024 EU Parliament election: Lean PSOE but depends on how the regionalist/nationalist coalitions end up and several other things.
