A little surprised at the Sec of State race being so close.  Wouldn't expect Tennant having a chance of making a comeback.

She's probably the strongest WV Democrat who is not in office right now. I'm not surprised. I suppose there could be an upset if undecideds break strongly her way, but it's probably pretty safe for Warner still.
