I literally don't know what you mean by saying simps are "jealous". Jealous of whom? The women they are simping? That doesn't sound right to me.

I surmise that BRTD wants to copulate with Ms. Welker, which doesn't involve jealousy. Lust, desire, a whole bunch of things, but not jealousy.

It's when you suck up to a girl you like to the point of pretending to be interested in things you aren't interested in at all, or actually changing your interests genuinely based solely on the fact that the girl has those interests. That's not a perfect description mind you but it's close.
