I think Trump did more to sway swing voters, as well as reassure his base. His consistent line of "47 years" was effective. That being said, this question on here is basically "who do you support" for the vast majority of people.

Bigger winner was the American people because they finally got a good, substantive debate. Also, Kristen Welker did a great job.
