The questions were spoonfed for a Biden victory.  Trump did well enough.  Biden did not end well with Oil at end.

Both did better than last time. Biden did very well overall and had his best debate in a long time but can see it being spun as a Trump win in an "exceeds expectations" kind of result. But at the very least that isn't enough when you're 10 points behind.

Full marks to Welker as the moderator too, she did an excellent job.

Biden was quite presidential and demolished the Burisma B.S.. Trump didn’t necessarily dig his hole any deeper, but he didn’t do anything to completely reverse BidenMs 10-point polling deficit either.

Chuck Todd has already said Trump "stopped the bleeding" which I imagine will be how most people spin Trump's performance. Which translates to not a win but not a disaster like the first debate.
