Biden won, but Trump actually sounded presidential for a good chunk of the debate this time.

For comparison, I thought Biden didnt do that well in debate 1, but it didnt matter since Trump's behavior overshadowed all.

Trump won the debate and grabbed some momentum..... will it be enough?

How?  Just being less rude doesn't mean he won.

What was his closing message?  2016 = MAGA

2020 = MAHA (Make Attacks on Hunter Again)?

Trump is down 8-10 points. Anything less than a Biden implosion is a loss for him.

I don't think Biden had the best debate but Trump just lied and continued to lied.

We are eight years separated from his vice-presidential debate with Paul Ryan, and given everything that has happened to him since then, this isn't so bad.  He is stronger than we give him credit for.

Trump, but just barely.

Biden shined when he talked about JOBS and the economy, also when the subject of immigration on the border came up, he was clearly the winner there. But generally he was too cautious and had lots of missed opportunities where he came across as weaker.

This debate makes it clear that the idea Trump is a good debater in a load of nonsense.

Even leaving aside that he made up for his appalling ignorance on every public policy issue by simply lying, he was painful to listen to.  He has the vocabulary of a nine year old and he rambles semi incoherently.

In regards to his appalling ignorance, I think he knows more about the history of Joe Biden's residency than he does about any public policy issue.

I fell asleep and didn't even watch the debate tonight. I've already cast my vote (for Biden), and it makes little difference to me at this point.

Biden won with the DFP preliminary data:

Very close to the preliminary data of their first poll:

That result is pretty much representative of national margin.

Biden, not that it changes much at this point. Trump being less of an interrupting idiot allowed Biden to conversely also have a stronger debate performance.

9 for Biden, 2 say it was a draw, 0 for Trump.
