Lean R. The Philly suburbs are trending blue, yet PA is still competitive. Why? Because 2016 was a realignment, not an aberration. Trump should hold onto his gains in places like Erie.

I think we're gonna find out it was something in between this year. All indications are Trump HAS lost a lot of his gains from places like this in 2016. Otherwise Iowa and Ohio wouldn't even be competitive.
