This guy posted "should I kill Joe Biden?" on a meme app in April. On that same app, he expressed support for Bernie. I'm not using this to say Bernie supporters are violent. We should all be able to agree that they're not, and this dude seems nuts. So why bring it up?

The arrest warrant was issued in June. The story is only being blown up now to create a false narrative of violent Trump supporters before the election. I am 100% not shocked to see the Atlas hive-mind falling for it. Man, the guy was found less than four miles from Biden's house in Delaware, with a van will of weaponry. This is yet another example of a disturbed young man using politics as a vessel to his politics. We've seen this time and time again in the last four years, from the Scalise shooting, to the MAGA pipe bomber.

In some ways you are right, this is not an issue of one party. The problem is, that while the Democrats consistently disavow this kind of action, Trump has been hedging on this kind of violence ever since Charlottesville. From "very fine people" to "Proud Boys, stand back and stand by", Trump has done a shocking job on this front.

Treisman’s father was a well known lawyer and activist in Santa Fe on behalf of Tibetan and Native American rights. According to obituaries, including one distributed to fellow members of his graduating class at Dartmouth College, Treisman helped arrange a meeting between the Dalai Lama and George H.W. Bush, the first of its kind, which led to an agreement to bring Tibetan immigrants into the United States. In 1996, Treisman ran unsuccessfully for the Senate in New Mexico.
