Show that both OSR and King T'Chenka deserve a bit more appreciation than they've been receiving to get lately imo. xoxo
Both are incredibly bad posters.

They’ve both already been mentioned, but I’ll go with Calthrina, who makes excellent contributions to the threads on historical elections and political geography, and DINGO Joe, who is probably the funniest poster here, and is also knowledgeable and aware of the ugly truths about the South and Appalachia.

Rofl Santander is a real genius (although I disagree with that take of his).

I don't think NOVA gets enough credit.  His posts are always super insightful even if we differ politically.
Absolutely. When he’s not bashing the fash, he can be VERY interesting. Plus I respect his reverence for the troops and his fallen friend.
NOVA Green is an atrocious poster.

The worst that can be said about him is some of his posts turn into walls of text , and frankly that may be more an indictment about my attention span than his posting quality.

would seriously love to hear more as to how Nova Green is somehow a bad poster.

Or maybe we should just let that conversation topic lie mercifully fallow.

I actually agree with this lol. BTRD gets a lot of flack and he can be nutty sometimes however he does have a very "human" element to him that I am fond of, and is overall quite independent minded.

All true, but it's one of the most Central posters and leader in the number of posts by far, it's hard to list him as " underrated" when he's so front and center here, no?

I'll add my own two cents as Joe Republic. Not sure if he can be considered underrated since he used to be among this forums initial bigwigs, but since he posts so rarely any more, I'll note that his usually spot on insight as well as his sense of satire are sorely missed.

Also agree with the prior post that Landslide Lyndon gets way too much hate here, which I have never understood.

Well one doesn’t have to be obscure to be underrated. Underrated can refer to something or someone that doesn’t receive the appreciation one feels they deserve.

Clarko95 isn't really underrated IMO, but I also don't think they're getting as much credit for their recent takes as they should be.

I like the above poster a lot actually. But I have zero idea who is "underrated" around here.

Bump.

A new candidate of mine for most underrated poster is Asenath Waite. Very fun guy with a lot of interest in political history (or histories).
