This would represent a 12-point swing from 2016. We're seeing double-digit swings across states Trump won by 20+ in 2016.

very discouraging for Cooney hes only outrunning Biden by 1 point but With Trump only up by 8 its a less steep climb than in 2016 where Clinton lost by 22 points
