Finally Biden said that COVID-19 would be considered a pre-existing condition. This could devastate millions of people if the ACA were repealed.

"I'll be President of the United States, not Vice President."

Did Biden just criticize Obama and disavow something the Obama-Biden administration did?

I think Trump's best talking point is "Joe you didn't do any of this when you were in Congress or as VP". Too bad for him, he can't really use it to great effect because he's the incumbent.

Cmon Biden, say "AND YOU HAVE BEEN PRESIDENT FOR FOUR YEARS? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?"

Trump would answer the 2018 First Step Act. This is a legitimate argument that Trump has in his favor, he did have to pull Republican arms to get it through Congress.

That environmental segment was not Biden's best in my opinion. He probably lost votes in Texas.

He isn’t competitive in Texas because of the oil industry.

It could peel off some voters that work in the industry who were about to vote for Biden because Trump's deplorable, but take this as threatening their livelihood.

I work in financial services and I would never vote for Bernie Sanders no matter who his opponent is because he would dismantle my livelihood.
