I’m going to bet that to the clueless swing voter at home Trump is winning this debate by a home run.

There are no swing voters watching at this point.

Trump's tone is vastly improved from the first debate (although that's admittedly a low bar), but he's nil on substance.

He has been nil on substance since he came down that escalator in 2015.

Trump: "Through the Legislature I got rid of the individual mandate"

Uh...what?

John McCain voted for it after he voted against it.

The election is in less than two weeks, Donald.

What is your healthcare plan? Where is it?

Biden missed an attack there when Trump said "I have a great relationship with Kim Jong-Un; people don't realise that having a great relationship with leaders is a big deal!"

The reply should've been "Look at your relationship with leaders of our allies! They all f***ing hate you!"

They are only muted during the other candidate's initial 2-minute response to a question.

Republicans have had a full decade to come up with a "better" healthcare plan and have absolutely nothing to show for it.

Biden explaining his plans on healthcare in good detail, and Trump continues to splutter gibberish.

At least it's better than Trump's nonexistent plan.
