Yeah, there were times she didn’t have to interrupt. Unfortunately that will be something that plays into his base hands, with the narrative that he’s being “unjustly persecuted”.

Economy and immigration were topics Biden performed better. Trump did better on Foreign Policy and Leadership topics in general. On Energy I felt there were way too missed opportunities by Biden but Trump wasn’t necessarily good on that either.

I just rewatched it and he said “go ahead”.

Yep, definitely "go ahead". You can tell based on his intonation.

Ugh, Damn it. Biden should still run ads on it anyway

Not sure who will be the polling winner of the debate tonight but Trump probably needed to hit it out of the park tonight and he didn't.  Don't see how Trump turns this around without another Comey interference.

The debate format was definitely a lot better, but the big issue for Trump is that he is inherently the problem, and a better debate format can’t fix that.

I think what you guys are all missing here is that Trump has single handedly destroyed Hunter Biden's chance to win the Republican primary nomination for President in 2024.

I'm sorry but trump just interrupted much more. you're simply a hack that likes trolling people on this forum and I know that I shouldn't reply to you but some one here and to say it

I’m the furthest thing from troll.  I’m the least trollish person in this room.

Frank Luntz's focus group is all Trump supporters.  That's not an exaggeration -- at the beginning of the livestream he asks them who they're voting for and only one person was for Biden and the rest were for Trump.

So it's a standard Luntz focus group.

"No you see the polls are wrong Trump actually won the debate because he as 0.001% less of an incoherent maniac than before etc etc"

Hopefully this will be the last "Trump bump" theory we see

This is also nearly identical to their first debate preliminary poll.

I love how even the snap debate polls show no signs of tightening

I expect no tightening in the polls. From here on out it's all campaigning

The place CNN held it, Davidson, is a pretty hippieish small (9k population) college town in Mecklenburg County, but it is in Tillis' old white suburban state Assembly district which flipped to Democrats in 2018. So I can see why they chose it.

Looks like Biden is 4-0 in national debates
