We had a topic last night about which Biden debate people liked the best, but what about for Trump? Even if you don't like him or any of his debate performances, like myself (and most of this website pretty much), in which of his five debates do you think he did the best, and which did he do the worst?

Clinton Part 2.  Telling her he would throw her in jail will never be topped.

Clinton 3 was his best performance and won him the election in 2016 and it is closely matched by Biden 2 performance.

It did? That debate was very forgettable. Seriously, I can't remember a single moment from it other than it being the one where Clinton wore white.

Can we even call whatever Trump does at a debate a "debate performance?"

It's all garbage

Don't get me wrong this all on a scale from diarrhea to constipation, but I just thought it would be interesting to see how everyone compares the turds.

I am going with Clinton I because he held true to what he said in the opening monologue.

That's fair. Last night was "okay" for him only because he didnt seem unhinged like a psychopath like the first debate. All of it is still pure garbage, though.

He was composed, polite and presidential and on issues and contrasted his policy proposals with Clinton's policy proposals.

I guess I can see that. Forgettable was good for Trump. However, Clinton was still widely regarded as winning that debate too.

It doesn't matter that she won the debate. I can agree with the majority that her debate performance was very good. What matters is that he reassured the Republicans that he will follow the policies they support and that he is not a joke candidate.

Easily the most recent one. He was restrained and got Biden to say things that hurt himself.  Too bad it's probably too late to even matter.

No doubt it was Clinton 2, but it wasn't obvious until after the fact because it was more about him staying in the game (and giving it time to revert to Clinton +2-3 again) than winning outright.

2016 1: Actually made a salient point about Iraq, Hillary walloped the other mins...but it was nearly too late at that point.

2016 2: Answered none of the questions, creeped around like a stalker. Hillary answered the questions and decently.

2016 3: Standard Trumpian style. Not coherent, but not abysmal.

2020 1: Completely incoherent, no points, just opponent debasement.
