Rate Riley County, KS.

Will the streak of never voting Democratic on the Presidential level finally come to an end?

Yes. Biden will probably win the county by around 5-10%, or a margin close to that range. I expect both Riley and Johnson (which hasn't voted Democratic since 1916), to flip to Biden, and he stands a good chance of picking up Shawnee County as well.

Lean Trump. The gubernatorial results alone don't mean anything.

How about the Congressional results, which Dems won in Riley in 2018?

I live here actually, and I think it will vote Biden but not by much. It has a much more conservative campus culture than say Lawrence but I think Biden will pull it out (I don't put much stock in this but Biden is crushing the yard-sign game here). Also K-State is about 50% in person so most students that usually vote here are doing so this year, which should help Biden. Additionally, there has been a huge voter registration effort here so I think turnout will be pretty high.
